Your invitation includes you and one guest.
Can I bring additional family members?
We understand that some advisors may wish to bring additional family members. To accommodate this, we are offering a family guest option for an additional fee. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Additional Family Members:
• Immediate family only (e.g., children): $500 (USD) per guest
• Includes transportation, hosted events, meals & group childcare during Signal-hosted evening events
• Excludes flights, hotel upgrades and additional guest fees associated with travel and accommodations
Additional Recreation Guests:
• Extra participants: $300 (USD) per guest
• Includes transportation and participation in a Signal-hosted recreation activity, subject to availability
Non-family guests and firm colleagues are not eligible

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
Can I upgrade my room or extend my stay?
Upgrades and extra nights are at your expense and subject to availability. Submit your request during registration.
Upon receiving your request, you will be introduced via email to the group reservations team who can assist you with your reservation.
The resort will require a credit card authorization form to secure your hotel booking. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, these must be completed by June 19, 2025 to qualify for a refund. Changes made after June 19, 2025, will be non-refundable.

What airport do we fly into?
Closest airport: Calgary International Airport (YYC), 125 miles (2 hr 15 min drive)
Do I need to book my own flight(s)?
Yes. Please book your flights and send your full itinerary to [email protected] for our records. If you requested an airport transfer, Signal will use your itinerary to book your round-trip transportation accordingly.
What are the travel requirements for Canada?
U.S. citizens need a valid passport book. Learn more here.
How much time is needed to get to the airport upon departure?
Leave at least 5 hours before your flight's departure time to allow for travel, security, and customs at YYC when returning to the US.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
Choose between a complimentary round-trip shuttle between YYC and Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise or a rental car.
Is there a car rental discount?
Signal Advisors can help coordinate your rental and may be able to offer discounted rates with preferred vendors, however, you are free to use whichever vendor you prefer.
If you rent a car and submit proof, you’ll receive a $500 (USD) reimbursement after the event.

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada.
Summer Weather (June–August): 37°F to 66°F (3°C to 19°C). Expect cooler mornings and evenings, mild temperatures with occasional rain.
What should I pack?
• Light jacket and layers
• Comfortable shoes for outdoor activities
• Bathing suit (indoor pool or lake)
• Refillable water bottle
• Sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses, hat
• Small backpack for day trips
What is the event attire?
• Mountain Chic: Casual but polished (dresses, jeans, boots, hats, jackets).
• Western Chic: Like Mountain Chic—with cowboy boots, hats, and denim for the farewell barn reception.
• Resort Casual: Comfortable yet presentable (jeans, sneakers and mountain wear are acceptable).
Group childcare: Group childcare will be provided during the Signal hosted evening events each night, from approximately 5:30pm - 9:30pm.
